Placing an order: Submitting the checkout form is a request to buy. The order is confirmed once our team reaches you on WhatsApp or by phone and you agree to the items and total.
Prices and payment: All prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free nationwide. Payment is cash to the courier at your door — never in advance.
Delivery: We aim for 2–3 working days in major cities and 3–5 working days elsewhere. Courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend this; we will keep you informed on WhatsApp.
Refused and undelivered parcels: You may inspect the sealed parcel before paying. Repeatedly refusing confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
Cancellation: Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by messaging +1 647 514 9501 on WhatsApp or writing to orders@getvessel.shop.
Products and claims: Cosmetics are for external use only. Patch-test actives before first use. Descriptions are provided in good faith and results vary between people.
Reviews and content: By submitting a review or photo you confirm it is your own and allow us to display it on this site. We remove content that is abusive, false or infringing.
