Seven days to change your mind. We collect from your address, anywhere in Pakistan.

Message us within 7 days

We book a pickup
The courier collects from your address, usually within two working days. Pickup is free for damaged or wrong items.

Refund or replacement
Once the parcel reaches us we send a replacement, or refund by bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash within five working days.
- What can be returned
- Sealed, unused products in their original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
- What cannot
- Opened cosmetics, used applicators and any item with a broken seal, for hygiene reasons.
- Damaged or wrong item
- Photograph the parcel and message us the same day — we replace it and cover the courier both ways.
- Return shipping
- A flat PKR 199 is deducted for change-of-mind returns; nothing is deducted if the fault is ours.
