What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, city, province and any note you add. If you leave a review we store the name, rating, text and photos you submit. We never ask for card or bank details — every order is cash on delivery.

Why we collect it

Only to pack your parcel, confirm the order on WhatsApp, hand it to the courier, help you track it and answer questions afterwards. We also use anonymous website statistics to see which pages are useful.

Who sees it

Our own team and the courier delivering your parcel. We do not sell, rent or trade your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for two years for accounting and returns. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Write to orders@getvessel.shop or message +1 647 514 9501 on WhatsApp to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We reply within two working days.

Cookies

We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your bag and wishlist. Clearing your browser data removes it.
